Just point your browser to www.google.com/adsense and click on apply. Click on the drop down arrow under account type and select whether youre an individual or business. Google adsense supports Chinese (simplified), Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, and Turkish.
