Are You Missing Simple Opportunities to Build Better Business Relationships
Writing Business Thank You Notes or Cards... There are numerous occasions that you could send out notes or cards expressing your appreciation. They will probably be surprised to receive a thank you from you. Very few people do, so you will stand out from the competition. That being said, don't be surprised if you hear from the recipient. The note or card should be brief and to the point. But warm and friendly. Send a note or card for a telephone conversation, a meeting, presentation, obtaining new or increased business, business anniversary, your customers birthday, and for referrals. Your note or card should be in your handwriting. Sent out quickly. Never give your prospect or customer time to forget about you. For a Meeting Thank you for our meeting today.
